Hi! My name is Claudia Chapa. I am proud to say that I was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. Ever since I can remember customer service has been a part of our family because of my father. He always instilled in me that the clients' needs always come first. I followed his steps and have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and have learned so much. As a real estate agent, I will ask, listen, and follow through with the best of my ability to make this process as smooth as possible.
